Zvonček, obrt za usluge collects only the personal data you provide through our contact and pre-enrollment forms. The site uses no cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

1. Who controls your data

2. What data we collect

Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), message text.

Pre-enrollment form: parent's/guardian's full name, email, mobile, child's full name and date of birth, child's place of residence, desired start date, planned duration, additional note (optional), "Zvonček is our first choice" marker (optional, used as a priority signal during enrollment).

With every submission: the country the form was sent from, as reported to us by our network. We do not record your IP address, device or browser.

We do not request or store other sensitive data (health, dietary, religious, etc.) through this site.

3. Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)

We process your data exclusively to:

• respond to your inquiry (contact form),
• process your pre-enrollment and prepare for enrollment,
• see which country a submission comes from, to recognise unwanted messages, and because our children come from families from several countries, which helps us prepare our work.

The legal basis is your explicit consent given by checking the box in the form before submission (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

4. Who receives your data

Form content is stored in our own database, hosted for us by Cloudflare, Inc. in the European Union region. Cloudflare also provides site hosting and email forwarding. We are notified of new submissions by email via Formspree, Inc. (USA), which acts as our data processor for that purpose.

Both providers have signed the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of protection comparable to GDPR for transfers to the United States.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or pass it to third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

An inquiry and its database record are kept for at most 12 months from the last contact, then permanently deleted. If an inquiry leads to enrollment, the data is moved into the official enrollment record and kept in line with Croatian preschool-education law and accounting record-keeping rules.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• request correction of inaccurate data,
• request erasure (right to be forgotten),
• request restriction of processing,
• request data portability in a machine-readable format,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time, with no consequences for future use of the site,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr).

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@zvoncek.hr. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This site is not intended for children. A child's data (name, date of birth, place of residence) is entered by the parent or guardian during pre-enrollment, in line with this policy.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption. Form contents are stored in a database located in the European Union region, which we access through an account protected by two-factor authentication. We also receive an email notification for each submission; mailbox access is likewise protected by two-factor authentication.

9. Changes to this policy

We publish any changes to this policy on this page, with the date of update. The current version took effect on 31 July 2026.
