We do not request or store other sensitive data (health, dietary, religious, etc.) through this site.

The legal basis is your explicit consent given by checking the box in the form before submission (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The form content is delivered to us as email via Formspree, Inc. (USA), acting as our data processor. Site hosting and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
Both providers have signed the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of protection comparable to GDPR for transfers to the United States.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Inquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for at most 12 months from the last contact, then permanently deleted. If an inquiry leads to enrollment, the data is moved into the official enrollment record and kept in line with Croatian preschool-education law and accounting record-keeping rules.

This site is not intended for children. A child's data (name, date of birth, place of residence) is entered by the parent or guardian during pre-enrollment, in line with this policy.
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Form contents are not stored in any database on the site, they are delivered immediately as email. Mailbox access is protected by two-factor authentication.
We publish any changes to this policy on this page, with the date of update. The current version took effect on 9 May 2026.
