Four meals a day, adapted to age

We prepare breakfast and snacks ourselves on a weekly rotation. Breakfast is a warm milk base (semolina, rice pudding, polenta, couscous, oats); the afternoon snack is homemade bread with a spread, pancakes, cake, or pudding. Lunch comes from a daycare-specialized catering service with a nutritionally balanced monthly menu. Water and seasonal fruit are available to children throughout the day, not just at meals.

A variety of seasonal fruit, often berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries. Vitamins and fibre between breakfast and lunch.

Homemade bread with a meat or cheese spread, pancakes, cake, savoury pastry, or pudding.
